2. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your material that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or if you believe that you have authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner’s agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material, you may send a counter-notification containing the following information to our Copyright Agent:
Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA notice. If the original complainant does not file a lawsuit seeking a court order against you, the alleged infringer, within 10-14 business days of receiving the counter-notice, we may restore the removed material or cease disabling access to it.
3. Repeat Infringer Policy
Nomadtvs.com has a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. A repeat infringer is a user who has been notified of infringing activity more than twice and/or has had infringing content removed from the site more than twice. We reserve the right to terminate such users’ access to our services and/or accounts at our sole discretion.
4. False Claims
Please note that, under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.
